It seems due to activity, some characters are already beginning to level up.

Getting from 1 to 10 or so will probably the easiest to accomplish. As levels will probably get harder to gain the higher you go(obviously)


Also, those that do get a job will be given a special item. It doesn't do anything, but it lets demons know not to attack you. As long as you wear it and are doing your job fine I guess it'd be a mix bag for senators, you should avoid getting "random encounters"
